Here’s my story: I was fat Throughout my childhood and the first two years of high school. People made fun of me,girls avoided me, I stank, I was undisciplined. Last year on 10th of June,I moved to another city. Leaving all my friends behind and some family memebers which I have lived for over a decade. I was devestated. But on that night (10th of june) I stumbled upon a Man Called Andrew Tate. I saw a lot of his kickboxing Fights and his lifestyle. Then I started to listen to what he had to say about discipline and physical appearence same as everything else. And I made A decision that same night. No matter how I felt,I was going to train everyday,NO EXCUSES. I started eating healthier (cutting out Junk food and sweets,aswell as cigaretes and Alcohol) 11th of june 2023 was the first day I started my everyday training plan……..And I have never stoped,never missed a single day……no matter what…… Then in September 2023 when I started going to third grade in the new High school,I met A really great friend who also followed tate. He told me he was training Sanda Kickboxing and that I should also train with him. At that time I had lost a ton of weight from my Training plan. Once I started training Sanda Kickboxing,I also started to gain more and more muscle aswell as losing my Love handles and even more un-necessery weight. I started to compete in amateur Tournaments (I was horrible because there was grappling but I was still fighting no matter what). Now it’s been over a year since I have started training at home and soon it will be a year since I have started kickboxing Sanda. I trained At home even when I had kickboxing training,That’s why I am currently the best in my club. I am even better than those who have been training for over 7 years. I can confirm that Nobody wants the reality of living as a Fat person. Now that I have lost all that weight,people look at me way differently. I am the most popular guy at my high school currently because of kickboxing. This is my story,it serves As proof that anybody Can do it if they just try their best. Motivation won’t last forever,but discipline will. You have to click and change your brain……that is the best I can explain it
